Training schedule


The Transformational Leadership (TL) training helps leaders who want to grow their business, by solving personal and organizational constraints, increasing your influence as a leader and by building a strong team.

This training is for anyone who wants to understand how to identify, address and remove personal, family, team, organizational, national and systemic constraints that stops transformation from occurring. Removing these constraints allows transformation to occur and encourages healthy, trusting relationships to grow. This will result in improved morale, increased productivity, sustained profitability and cultural change.

In this training you get the practical tools that cover a range of leadership issues. These leadership topics are carefully selected and put together taking many years of practical research across many different business settings, often in turnaround scenarios. The topics are recognizable and part of day-to-day common practice in many (business) organizations.

At the end of two days, you will have completed all the Transformational Leadership training material by practicing the tools and you are equipped with a handbook and an action plan to confront almost every issue at stake in your business.

Live training

Deep-dive into TL

  • On-site at your organization or outside meeting location.
  • Content addresses real situations and scenarios, so that the training can be applied directly.
  • Online, four day parts, minimum group size 5 people and maximum 12.
  • On location, two days, minimum group size 10 people and maximum 25.
  • Available languages: English, Dutch and German.

Cultural change

Implement TL into your workplace
1575 7 half day sessions pp
  • Cultural Change training is specifically meant to implement TL within your organization.
  • At the end of each half-day session, ample time is given to coach your team how to implement TL at the workplace.
  • On location with minimum group size 10 people.
  • Available languages: English, Dutch and German.
