Words like respect, honesty, encouragement, trust, empathy, integrity, no gossip, responsible, productive, ethical, supportive, …, etc. are key words in such a culture. Maybe you can add your own words to it.
When you are building the culture, or are part of establishing it, ask yourself: do I want to be part of a team that works with such a culture?
