Should I be visionary, servant, or action-oriented? What should I do, or…, not do?!
At LYDIA Connect we believe that organisations should always lead from their vision, with purpose. Therefore, the first step in the plan is to ensure that there is a strong and clear vision! Then we can build on it.
The goal is that all actions taken in your organisation are aligned with the vision. Which also means that all actions that are not aligned with the vision must be eliminated! The tool used here is called VPMOSA.
You will find that when you create a VPMOSA, it becomes very clear in your organisation what is and is not appropriate, what should and should not be done, even who should be here and who should not!
