The Transformational Leadership (TL) training helps leaders who want to grow their organisation by solving personal and organisational barriers, increasing your influence as a leader and building a strong team.
This training is for anyone who wants to understand how to identify, address and remove personal, family, team, organisational, national and systemic constrains that prevent transformation from taking place.
By removing these barriers, transformation can take place and healthy, trusting relationships are encouraged to grow. This will result in improved morale, increased productivity, sustainable profitability and cultural change.
In this training you will be given practical tools that address a range of leadership issues. These leadership themes have been carefully selected and compiled after years of practical research in many different organisations, often in turnaround scenarios. The topics are recognisable and part of daily practice within many (business) organisations.
By the end of two days, you will have completed all of the Transformational Leadership training materials by practicing the tools and will be equipped with a handbook and action plan to address almost any issue in your organisation.
