Why don't I see the breakthrough in my organisation?

How should I lead my organisation and teams?

High-Performing Teams

Self running teams

The way we define these is that all the individuals in the team show High-Performance ànd Healthy Relationship Skills.

The 5-steps

Our unique 5-step method is a journey from vision to action to continuous improvement. To become the leader you want to follow. And to build the best team, ensuring everyone takes full responsibility for the relationships and transactions; as one. Empowering leadership for breakthrough!

1. Visionary

Leader announces the vision

Talk honestly and openly with each other. Within the team, discomfort is removed and trust is developed. Tension is removed.

2. Cohesive

Leader serves the team

Begin to accept each other and each other's roles (even though they may not yet be clearly identified) as trust is developed and cohesion is created.

3. Functional

Roles and responsibilities connected by relationships

Each person accepts responsibility for his or her own thoughts, feelings, and actions. Each person's role is clearly defined. Team members are involved with each other, their departments, and their feelings, not just their own.

4. Relactional

Roles and responsibilities linked by relationships

The relationship gets the job done. The team is able to examine individual, group, and organisational issues without fear or threat.

5. Continuous improvement

Groups and individuals strive for better thoughts, feelings and actions as a group and as individuals both within and outside their group. The team has become high-performing!

The above 5-steps are underpinned by a method, plan and tools which are practical and easy to remember and use.
